This is an illustration of my custom Shield Liger, named Kronos, and if you are wondering, I'm still not done with the actual model xD The city in the background is Blue City from Zoids Fuzors (Such an amazingly beautiful city at night)
All done in Photoshop CS4 with a Wacom Tablet (It's not 3D)
